Tony Hammond, a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered
Surveyors (FRICS), is an experienced construction consultant who
originally qualified as a Quantity Surveyor but has specialised
in recent years in project management, procurement routes and,
in conjunction with lawyers, advising and drafting of technical
content for construction contracts. His expertise and technical
support help make Haymarket a leader in the field of
construction fraud prevention, detection and investigation.
At Haymarket, Tony’s expertise played a key role in a number of
successful cases that included: -

resulting in discovery of tender abuse, false invoicing and
overcharging, placing the client in a position to recover the
whole of the grant.
